JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Sales Officer – Chennai & Coimbatore.

To: Area Sales Manager
Location: Chennai & Coimbatore (Field-based)
Role Objective:
To execute sales operations, expand retail and HoReCa presence, and ensure daily market execution for Isthara Beverages in Coimbatore and nearby markets.
Key Responsibilities - Execute daily sales routes and achieve assigned targets - Appoint and manage retailers, HoReCa outlets, and institutions - Drive order booking, product placement, and in-store visibility - Ensure primary and secondary sales through distributors - Collect market feedback on pricing and product acceptance - Implement promotions, tastings, and sampling activities- Monitor stock levels and prevent stock-outs - Ensure timely collections and credit compliance - Maintain accurate daily sales reports (DSR) - Support new product launches and trade schemes
Key Result Areas (KRAs) - Achievement of daily and monthly sales targets - New outlet acquisition - Distribution reach and coverage - Order conversion rate - Stock availability and fill rate - Collection efficiency - Visibility and POSM execution - Accuracy and discipline in reporting
Preferred Profile
2–5 years of experience in FMCG / Beverages sales with strong local market knowledge of Coimbatore. Results-driven and execution-focused.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
