Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect with 12+ years of overall IT experience and at least 8 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience. The candidate should have successfully delivered at least two end-to-end ServiceNow platform implementations and possess strong enterprise architecture and technical leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture.
- Design scalable, secure, high-performing and upgrade-safe ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide technical leadership across multiple ServiceNow implementations and Agile teams.
- Drive architecture aligned with CSDM v5, ITIL best practices and ServiceNow best practices.
- Promote maximum use of out-of-the-box capabilities and minimal customization.
- Architect solutions across CMDB, CSDM, ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, Service Catalogue, IRM/GRC and enterprise automation.
- Lead CMDB and Discovery architecture, including CI classes, relationships, reconciliation, normalization, data quality and governance.
- Design integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and cloud integration patterns.
- Work with AWS, Azure, GCP and enterprise applications for integration requirements.
- Provide technical guidance on Flow Designer, Workflow Data Fabric, Now Assist, Virtual Agent and automation solutions.
- Lead and mentor multiple Agile delivery teams.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Business Analysts and technical teams.
- Define technical designs, architecture standards, governance and delivery roadmaps.
Required Skills and Experience
- 12+ years of overall IT experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
- Experience delivering at least 2 end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong ServiceNow Platform Architecture and Enterprise Architecture experience.
- Strong expertise in CMDB and CSDM v5.
- Experience with ITSM Pro+, ITOM, Discovery and Service Mapping.
- Experience with Integration Hub, Flow Designer and Workflow Data Fabric.
- Knowledge of IRM/GRC, Now Assist and Virtual Agent.
- Strong ServiceNow scripting knowledge using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
- Strong REST/SOAP API and MID Server experience.
- Experience with cloud and hybrid integrations.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service lifecycle management.
- Experience with scalability, performance, security, governance and upgrade-safe design.
- Experience leading multiple Agile teams.
Certifications
CTA or Certified Master Architect, ITIL v4 and relevant ServiceNow CIS certifications are preferred.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 per month
