- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate and improve system architecture to enhance scalability and maintainability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manhattan Active Order Management Functional.
- Strong knowledge of full stack development principles, including front-end and back-end technologies.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms and agile software development methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and API development to support seamless system interactions.
Additional Information:

- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
