Duration: 3 Months (Performance-based Full-Time Opportunity)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
About the Role
4CHAMPZ Innovative Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Interns to support our business development initiatives. The intern will gain practical exposure in lead generation, client interactions, sales strategy, and relationship management while working with schools, corporates, and individual customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new sales leads.
- Contact prospective clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and direct meetings.
- Schedule meetings and presentations for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong relationships.
- Promote 4CHAMPZ sports, wellness, and training programs.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM records.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Meet assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or completed Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, BBM, MBA, Marketing, or related field).
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Kannada and Hindi is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Passion for sales, business development, and customer interaction.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
