Key Responsibilities
1. Launch Calendar & Business Planning
- Develop and manage the overall launch calendar aligned with business goals, festivals, and market trends.
- Plan and execute 3–6month rollout strategies for collections.
- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to ensure effective launch campaigns.
- Analyse past launches and market trends to improve future planning.
2. Collection Planning & Development
- Lead collection planning in coordination with design teams and vendors.
- Provide clear briefs for sample development aligned with brand vision.
- Finalize and curate collections ensuring a strong product mix
3. Vendor & Team Management
- Manage and build relationships with vendors and manufacturers.
- Negotiate timelines and ensure cost efficiency.
- Guide and supervise junior merchandisers for daily operations and follow-ups.
- Ensure smooth communication between internal teams (design, production, marketing).
4. Strategy & Performance Monitoring
- Track product performance and provide insights for repeat or new developments.
- Optimize inventory planning and reduce delays or overstock situations.
- Identify opportunities for improving processes and increasing efficiency.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong experience in Indian market merchandising (Jewellery/Apparel preferred).
- Excellent production planning and vendor management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of fashion trends and seasonal demand.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in merchandising.
- Prior experience in handling multiple collections and vendor networks.
- Experience in jewellery/fashion/lifestyle brands is a plus.
- Experience as a Jewellery Designer or strong exposure to jewellery design and product development is mandatory.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
