Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner / Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of complex digital, data, or technology products. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in product strategy, roadmap planning, stakeholder management, business cases, product adoption, and value realization.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive product vision, strategy, roadmap, and objectives.
- Own product prioritization based on business value and customer needs.
- Manage stakeholders across business, technology, and corporate functions.
- Develop business cases, ROI assessments, and value realization plans.
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and other corporate teams.
- Drive product rollout, adoption, change management, and continuous improvement.
- Track product performance and ensure measurable business outcomes.
- Present product strategy, progress, and value to senior leadership.
- Align product strategy with business objectives and technology capabilities.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience as a Senior Product Owner / Product Manager.
- Proven end-to-end product ownership experience.
- Strong product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent stakeholder and senior leadership management.
- Experience with business cases, ROI analysis, and value assessment.
- Experience driving product rollout, adoption, and organizational change.
- Strong business acumen and focus on measurable outcomes.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Fluent English.
Important Requirement
Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to backlog management, Scrum ceremonies, requirements gathering, or delivery coordination without demonstrated ownership of product strategy, business value, adoption, and outcomes will not be considered.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
