Prolife Cancer Centre is looking for a compassionate, confident, and patient-focused Patient Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling patient enquiries, guiding patients through the consultation process, and ensuring a smooth and positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle patient enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Guide patients regarding consultations and treatment processes.
- Address patient queries with empathy and professionalism.
- Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's BBA in Hospitality Management
- Frankfinn Certified Hospitality Course candidates
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, customer service, or patient coordination will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Good verbal communication in English and Hindi Marathi
- Positive attitude, empathy, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on the candidate's experience and interview performance.
