Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Bidder (BDE) with experience in generating business through online bidding platforms. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and SEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and business through platforms like Upwork, PeoplePerHour (PPH), and Fiverr.
- Handle client communication and understand project requirements.
- Prepare and submit proposals according to client needs.
- Coordinate with the technical/marketing team for project discussions.
- Maintain follow-ups with potential clients.
- Build long-term client relationships for repeat business.
- Identify new business opportunities in the international market.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in bidding/business development.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, and PPH.
- Basic understanding of SEO and Digital Marketing services.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and proposal writing skills.
- Ability to work in night shifts.
Preferred Candidate:
- Work from office only
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience in Digital Marketing company preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
