- Project Oversight: Manage daily construction tasks to meet approved drawings and specifications.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, supervisors, and site workers.
- Quality Control: Check that all building materials and completed works pass quality and regulatory standards.
- Issue Resolution: Solve complex on-site technical problems quickly to prevent project delays.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Update project managers and clients on work progress.
