Job Title: HR Executive (Experienced)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations and the ability to independently handle day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer rollout)
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
- Conduct induction and onboarding for new employees
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate database
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HRMS data
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs coordination
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Labour Laws, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.)
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience/relieving letters
- Manage employee exit process, including full & final settlement and exit interviews
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Address employee grievances and escalate issues as needed
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events
- Support performance appraisal process and documentation
- Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring adherence across departments
- Handle disciplinary processes and documentation as required
HR Administration:
- Prepare HR reports and MIS (attrition, headcount, recruitment status, etc.)
- Coordinate with vendors for HR-related services (background verification, training, etc.)
- Support in drafting/updating HR policies and employee handbook
- Assist senior management with ad-hoc HR projects
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or Graduate with relevant HR experience
- 3–6 years of experience in HR generalist/operations role
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS software, and payroll tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Salary: As per industry standards / based on experience
Working Hours: [, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday]
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
