Job Summary
To understand client requirements and lead the delivery of technical solutions ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. To analyze |define and design technical solution for ERP productâs enhancement and work towards continuous improvement during product implementation and production support stages.
2. To coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs and act as a primary point of contact for addressing complex technical issues.
3. To collaborate and interact with the client and other cross functional teams for gaining understanding of the requirements so as to deliver seamless technical solutions.
4. To anchor team meetings ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and coordination within the technical consultant team and the clients.
5. To mentor and train junior consultants, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
Skill Requirements
6-8 years of SFDC experience
2+ years of experience in any of the cloud (Commerce Cloud/Service Cloud/Experience Cloud)
Strong Development Skills (Apex Class, Trigger, Test Class, LWC, Aura)
Data Architecture (Object, Fields, and Relationship)
Security & Sharing (Profiles & Permission sets, Roles, Sharing Visibilities…)
Automation tools (Flow Builder, approval processes, Assignment Rules, Validation Rules, Duplicate Rules, etc.)
Integration (External API calls, Connected App, Salesforce Connect, Salesforce APIs, SAML Authentication Flow, etc.)
Platform Features (Email Deliverable, Page Layout, Lightning App, Report, Dashboard)
