Core Shop Supervisor – Fresher
Qualification
Diploma / ITI/B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Metallurgy, or related field.
Freshers can apply.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily core shop operations.
Ensure cores are produced as per quality requirements.
Monitor core production and maintain production records.
Assist in rejection analysis and support activities to reduce rejection.
Ensure proper identification and segregation of cores.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
Follow and enforce safety, 5S, and housekeeping standards.
Train and guide operators on work instructions and quality requirements.
Monitor raw material usage and reduce wastage.
Skills Required
Basic knowledge of foundry/core making processes.
Good communication and team coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word).
Problem-solving and learning attitude.
Experience
0–1 year (Freshers are welcome).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
