Job Responsibilities
- Promote and create awareness about the SYLCON Shoes brand and products.
- Engage with customers and explain product features, offers, and promotions.
- Generate customer interest and increase store footfall and sales.
- Conduct promotional activities at nearby locations, shopping areas, events, and residential areas.
- Support door-to-door and outdoor marketing activities when required.
- Distribute promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, and offers.
- Collect customer enquiries and leads and share them with the sales team.
- Coordinate with showroom staff for promotional campaigns and special events.
- Maintain a positive and professional brand image.
- Prepare basic daily reports on promotional activities, leads, and customer responses.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum Plus Two qualification.
- Freshers can apply; retail/promotional experience will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
- Willingness to travel locally for promotional activities.
- Knowledge of Malayalam is preferred.
- Candidates from Kerala preferred.
- Age preferably below 35 years.
