· Greet the customers & Staff (Namaskar)
· Provide assistance to Assistant Manager in all administrative & operational matters, documentation & reporting
· Perform Batch Close procedures after every shift.
· Ensure TBC & COT updates with proper UM/AM signatures.
· Maintain and update the Lost and Found Report with required sign-offs.
· Conduct weekly pest control checks and ensure documentation is signed.
· Ensure washrooms (gents & ladies) and staff rooms are clean and hygienic at all times.
· Maintain cleanliness and proper lighting in Box Office outer areas
· Conduct Spot Checks in Box Office and Candy counter for both shifts (with UM/AM signature).
· Record damage ticket details daily.
· Maintain daily checklist records with UM/AM signature.
· Perform daily yield checks and monitor shortage/excess updates.
· Ensure ticket rolls are properly stocked.
· Verify all POS areas are functional and clean.
· Ensure Till Talkers are presentable and available.
· Update and maintain the shorted sheet and MIS records.
· Ensure all ESPs have torches and are active on the floor.
· Confirm ESP & GRA are briefed on new releases.
· Monitor staff locker facilities and ensure admin holds spare keys.
· Collect guest feedback daily with a target of 15 responses.
· Ensure Form-17 is updated consistently.
· Keep the Display Schedule updated and available in prescribed format.
· Maintain SOS (Show Order Sheet) as per the show-wise schedule.
· Update daily and weekly collection reports without fail.
