Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide technical guidance to clients on product specifications and applications.
- Customer Engagement: Work directly with customers to identify needs, demonstrate products, and resolve technical issues.
- Debugging & Troubleshooting: Perform failure analysis (FA) and debug technical issues in the field, utilizing JIRA for tracking.
- Design-In/Win Support: Assist customers with integrating company products into their designs.
- Feedback Loop: Act as a liaison between the customer and internal product development teams to improve products.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
