As we continue to expand across India, we're looking for a Head of Finance to help steer that growth from our Thrissur corporate office.
About the Role
We're looking for someone who doesn't just manage numbers, but understands the story behind them. As Head of Finance, you'll take full ownership of the organisation's financial health — from day-to-day accounting and compliance to long-term financial strategy — while working closely with leadership to make decisions that actually move the business forward. This is a role for someone who's comfortable being both hands-on and big-picture: equally at ease closing the books as they are advising the CEO on where the company should invest next.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end finance operations — accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting
- Build and lead a finance team that's accurate, accountable, and ahead of deadlines, not chasing them
- Partner with leadership on financial strategy, pricing, and investment decisions, bringing clarity to complex numbers
- Ensure the company stays fully compliant with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements across all applicable jurisdictions
- Design and strengthen internal financial controls, policies, and processes as the company scales
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and other external financial partners
- Prepare and present financial reports, MIS, and board-level insights that leadership can actually act on
- Identify financial risks early and put practical safeguards in place before they become problems
- Support budgeting and financial planning across departments and business verticals
What We're Looking
- For 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance, with meaningful time spent in a leadership or head-of-function role
- Strong command over accounting principles, statutory compliance, taxation, and financial reporting in the Indian context
- Proven experience managing budgets, audits, and financial controls for a growing organization
- A CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification is preferred
- Sharp analytical thinking, paired with the ability to explain financial insights in plain language to non-finance stakeholders
- Experience working in or with a consulting, professional services, or multi-vertical business environment is a strong plus

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
