Job Summary
We are hiring a skilled SDS/2 Modeler to develop accurate 3D structural steel models and fabrication-ready outputs for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create 3D and 2D models of beams, columns, braces, stairs, handrails, and miscellaneous steel using SDS/2
- Generate shop drawings, erection drawings, BOM, NC files, and material take-offs
- Review IFC drawings and resolve RFIs/design changes
- Coordinate with engineers, clients, and fabrication teams
- Ensure compliance with AISC standard
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Civil / Structural / Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in SDS/2 modeling
- Knowledge of steel fabrication, connections, and erection processes
- Good knowledge of the AISC Standard
