For Sulphuric Acid Plant
- Plant Operations: Monitor and control process parameters such as sulphur burning, converter operations, absorption/drying towers, acid concentration, and emissions.
- Team Leadership: Supervise shift operators and field staff, allocate tasks, and manage shift handovers effectively.
- Safety & Compliance: Conduct safety checks, enforce PPE usage, and ensure compliance with pollution control and stack emission standards.
- Troubleshooting: Identify operational issues, resolve process problems quickly, and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate shift logs, Daily Production Reports (DPR), and handle work permits.
For DMU Plant
- Shift Operations: Manage and supervise continuous or batch production of DMU, controlling temperatures, pressures, and dosing sequences per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). [1, 2]
- Process Troubleshooting: Identify anomalies in equipment (reactors, crystallizers, centrifuges) or processes, acting quickly to minimize downtime and off-spec batches. [1, 2]
- Quality Control: Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA/QC) to ensure the purity, moisture content, and physical properties of the Di-Methyl Urea meet strict client specifications. [1]
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict hazardous material handling, environmental regulations, and OSHA safety protocols. Conduct toolbox talks, incident reporting, and routine safety audits. [1]
- Resource Management: Monitor raw material consumption, track utilities (steam, cooling water, electricity), and oversee shift handovers with accurate reporting. [1, 2, 3]
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and assign tasks to shift personnel, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
