Position: Learning & Development Executive (Trainer)
Experience: 2–5 Years (Relevant experience as a Corporate Trainer/L&D Trainer is mandatory)
What You'll Do
- Conduct employee's training sessions.
- Deliver engaging training programs and workshops.
- Coordinate end-to-end Learning & Development activities.
- Maintain training records, reports, and MIS accurately.
- Develop training content, presentations and learning materials.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments.
- Identify learning gaps and support continuous employee development.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a Corporate Trainer/L&D Trainer.
- Strong presentation, communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience in preparing training content and delivering engaging sessions.
- Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel and training documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple training programs and maintain training MIS.
- A proactive, energetic, and people-oriented approach.
