About the Role
Voyage Eyewear is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Packaging Operator to handle the packing, labeling, checking, and dispatch preparation of eyewear products. The ideal candidate should be careful, organized, physically fit, and able to maintain accuracy while working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack eyewear products safely and securely as per company packaging standards.
- Inspect products before packaging to ensure there are no visible defects or damages.
- Ensure the correct product, quantity, accessories, and packaging materials are included with each order.
- Handle eyewear, boxes, cases, pouches, cleaning cloths, and other packaging materials carefully.
- Apply labels, barcodes, shipping labels, and other required markings accurately.
- Prepare customer orders for dispatch within the given timelines.
- Maintain proper arrangement and cleanliness of the packaging and work area.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and order processing teams regarding pending or incorrect orders.
- Report damaged products, missing items, packaging shortages, or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Follow company procedures for stock handling and packaging quality control.
- Assist with inventory counting and stock movement when required.
- Ensure minimum wastage and proper use of packaging materials.
- Follow all company safety, hygiene, and operational guidelines.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in packaging, warehouse, e-commerce, retail, or similar operations preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Basic understanding of reading product labels and order details.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive packaging tasks.
- Basic communication skills.
- Punctual, disciplined, and responsible attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in eyewear, e-commerce, retail, or warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with barcode scanning and order-processing systems.
- Basic knowledge of inventory handling.
- Ability to identify product and packaging discrepancies quickly.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
