Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative with a strong network of doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals. The candidate will be responsible for building relationships with medical practitioners, promoting company services/products, generating leads, and supporting business growth through effective field marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, specialists, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Promote the company's products and services to healthcare practitioners.
- Generate leads and business opportunities through existing and new doctor networks.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with doctors and healthcare institutions.
- Identify potential market opportunities and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
- Organize CMEs, medical camps, doctor meets, and promotional events.
- Maintain a database of doctors and regularly update interaction records.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Prepare marketing reports and provide market feedback to management.
Required Skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
- Experience in pharmaceutical marketing, healthcare marketing, medical devices, diagnostics, or hospital business development preferred.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹31,498.94 per month
