Job Description
- Handling all PAN INDIA queries.
- Taking all inbound calls, making outbound calls as when required.
- Helping the team in Data Entry.
- Providing good customer service, solving all issues regarding our classes.
- Providing customers, the correct schedule with proper details for the specific batches.
- Making outbound calls to leads with the objective of converting inquiries into enrolments.
- Delivering compelling and customized sales pitches based on customer needs.
- Following up with warm leads and lapsed enquiries to maximize conversions.
- Achieving set targets for enrolments and conversions as per weekly/monthly goals.
- Updating CRM systems with lead status, follow-up actions, and call outcomes.
- Sharing regular reports and insights with the management team regarding lead quality,
conversion patterns, and feedback trends.
Expected Skill Set
- The candidate should be proficient in English – (Linguistic skills / Sentence construction will be
checked).
- The candidate should be able to converse over the phone in Hindi (if required).
- The candidate should have Computer skills.
- Experience of the call centre industry would be an added advantage. (Optional)
- Personality appropriate for a CSR –Soft skills will be checked (Professional etiquette / protocol).
- The candidate should be willing to work overtime as when required / rostered. (Overtime will be
compensated with an off or remuneration)
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a sales-driven mindset.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively over the phone.
- Ability to value new leads resourcefully and manage them in a systematic way.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic MIS reporting (e.g., Excel-based reports, Use of Vlook-up
feature, etc).
- Ability to work in a high-paced, target-oriented environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
