We are hiring energetic and confident Telecallers to handle inbound and outbound calling for different business verticals.
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services
- Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries professionally
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for sales team
- Follow up with existing and potential clients
- Maintain daily call records and update CRM or Excel sheets
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets
- Coordinate with sales and marketing team for conversions
Industry-wise Work Profile
Education Sector
- Call students/parents for courses, training, admissions
- Explain course details, fees, and schedules
- Follow up on inquiries from website and ads
IT Sector
- Call businesses for web development, software, digital marketing services
- Generate B2B leads and appointments
- Explain company services and solutions
Marble Industry
- Call dealers, builders, architects, and customers
- Share marble collection details, pricing & availability
- Follow up on quotations and orders
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English; regional language is a plus)
- Confident and persuasive calling style
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
- Ability to handle rejection positively
- Target-oriented mindset
- Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in telecalling / telesales / customer support is a plus
- Comfortable with outbound calling
- Ready to work with targets and incentives
