Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, labour, productivity and workmanship at the project site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities.
- Manage labour and contractor teams at site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per instructions and drawings.
- Monitor manpower and productivity.
- Check workmanship and quality of execution.
- Coordinate with engineers and contractors.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Maintain site housekeeping and safety.
- Report daily progress and site issues to the concerned engineer.
- Ensure proper use and handling of construction materials.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant construction/site supervision experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of construction activities.
- Ability to manage labour and contractor teams.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and site execution.
- Strong discipline, coordination and leadership skills.
