Role Overview
We're looking for a driven Product Sales Executive who can own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — for Graciax's product portfolio. You'll be the face of our products to potential customers, demonstrating value, handling objections, and converting leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and field visits
- Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs
- Understand customer pain points and map them to Graciax product capabilities
- Manage the full sales pipeline in CRM — from lead capture to deal closure
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms within company guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure smooth handoffs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, deals, and forecasts
- Gather market feedback and share insights with the product team
- Represent Graciax at industry events, expos, and client meetings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–4 years of B2B/B2C product sales experience (SaaS / tech / services preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English [+ regional language if applicable]
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
- Confidence in delivering product demos to decision-makers
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience selling SaaS, CRM, or digital products
- Experience with consultative or solution selling
