Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and structured chess training sessions for students (age 3+ years)
- Teach fundamentals, tactics, strategies, and advanced concepts based on student level
- Prepare lesson plans and training material
- Track student progress and provide regular feedback to parents
- Prepare students for tournaments and competitive play
- Support in organizing academy tournaments, workshops, and events
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment
- Encourage critical thinking, focus, and sportsmanship among students
