ROLE SUMMARY
VROZART FINANCE is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Officer to drive business growth through direct field sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing Business Loans and Machine Loans by meeting business owners, manufacturers, traders, MSMEs, and referral partners in the market.
The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, market knowledge, customer relationship abilities, and a passion for achieving targets. The role requires regular field visits, lead generation, customer acquisition, and coordination throughout the loan process from sourcing to disbursal.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate Business Loan and Machine Loan leads through field visits and market networking.
- Identify potential customers including MSMEs, manufacturers, traders, retailers, and business owners.
- Conduct customer meetings to understand funding requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Explain product features, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, loan tenure, interest rates, and repayment structures.
- Collect and verify customer documents for loan processing.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Disbursement teams for smooth case processing.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to maximize conversions.
- Build and manage relationships with local referral partners, DSAs, and business associates.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursal targets.
- Maintain daily activity reports, lead trackers, and sales MIS.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in assigned territories.
ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Loan Sales, DSA Sales, Banking Sales, NBFC Sales, or Financial Services.
- Experience in Business Loans, Machine Loans, LAP, Working Capital, or MSME Lending preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Comfortable with extensive field work and local travel.
- Basic understanding of loan documentation and financial products.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
