1. Job Summary
A Guest Relation Executive (GRE) is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by providing warm hospitality, addressing guest needs efficiently, and maintaining high service standards. This role acts as the primary point of contact for guests and ensures smooth coordination across departments to deliver excellent service.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Engagement & Service
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a smooth check‑in and check‑out process.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by anticipating guest needs and addressing queries promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
- Assist guests with reservations, travel arrangements, and special requirements.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when required.
Front Desk Operations
- Maintain an updated guest database and ensure proper documentation.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries efficiently.
- Upsell hotel services, rooms, packages, and amenities.
- Monitor guest feedback across platforms and support improvement actions.
