Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing professional with a strong performance marketing background. The role focuses on driving high-quality leads, improving conversion rates, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. Prior experience in the real estate industry will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Drive lead generation and improve cost per lead through performance-focused strategies
- Manage full-funnel campaigns including awareness, consideration, and conversion
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights
- Optimize landing pages and creatives to improve conversion rates
- Coordinate with sales and CRM teams to ensure lead quality and proper tracking
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI
- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and performance marketing
- Proven experience in lead generation campaigns
- Solid understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and conversion tracking
- Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
