Job Summary
The Manager – Academic Coordination & Operations is responsible for overseeing and streamlining key institutional functions, including facilities management, placements, student development programs, and examination coordination. The role ensures operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and enhanced student outcomes across all centers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Facilities Management Oversight
- Review and evaluate periodic reports from the Facility Manager.
- Monitor and audit utility expenses, vendor payments, and contractual agreements.
- Conduct monthly/quarterly audits across centers to ensure:
o Infrastructure quality and maintenance standards
o Cleanliness and hygiene
o Compliance with safety regulations
- Ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues across all locations.
2. Placements Oversight
- Review weekly and monthly reports from the Placement Manager.
o Student placement numbers and success rates
o Internship opportunities and pipelines
o Industry tie-ups and recruiter database
- Support and drive initiatives to improve placement outcomes and industry engagement
3. Launchpad & Soft Skills Program Oversight
- Review reports from the Launchpad & Soft Skills team.
- Oversee batch segmentation and program scheduling.
o Student participation and engagement
o Program effectiveness and outcomes
- Ensure quality delivery of:
o Entrepreneurship (Launchpad) programs
o Soft skills and personality development sessions
4. Examination Department Coordination
- Review reports from the Examination Department.
- Oversee batch planning, examination scheduling, and execution.
- Ensure compliance with university norms and documentation standards.
- Coordinate with university authorities for:
o Approvals and formal processes
o Issue resolution
o Renewal of affiliations

Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Management, Education, or a relevant field
- 4–12 years of experience in academic operations, administration, or institutional management
- Prior experience in educational institutions is preferred
