As an IT Service Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery and smooth operation of IT production systems and services. The individual actively supports the lifecycle of service management, addressing any issues that arise to maintain client satisfaction and mitigate risks. Collaboration with various teams to coordinate operational activities and promptly respond to service disruptions is a key aspect of the daily routine, ensuring that all production systems and devices function optimally throughout the day.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Monitor and maintain the availability and performance of IT production systems and services.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Assist in identifying potential risks to service continuity and implement mitigation strategies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Experience in incident, problem, and change management processes within IT service environments.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues related to IT infrastructure and service delivery.
- Familiarity with service management lifecycle concepts and best practices.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to document processes and maintain accurate records of service management activities.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
