We are an EV mobility company focused on making urban transportation safer, smarter, and more accessible. We are looking for an energetic, confident, and proactive individual who enjoys talking to people and is comfortable working both over calls and on the ground.
Role Overview
This is a dynamic role combining customer engagement, sales calling, and market research. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in speaking with customers and drivers, and the curiosity to understand the mobility market.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and engage with them professionally.
- Follow up with users who have installed the app but have not booked a ride.
- Re-engage customers who have stopped using the platform.
- Understand customer concerns and gather feedback.
- Conduct market research by analyzing competitor services and pricing.
- Interact with drivers and customers to understand market trends.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Share insights and recommendations with the operations team.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, or the local language.
- Confident and energetic personality.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.
- Willing to conduct occasional field research and market visits.
- Good observation and reporting skills.
- Basic knowledge of mobile apps and spreadsheets is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
