Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects within the approved scope, timeline, and budget. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans and allocate resources effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Track project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide status updates.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources through established change control processes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and lessons learned.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve performance and delivery goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Management, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of project management experience (industry-specific experience preferred).
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent) is preferred.

Working Conditions

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
