We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic STEM Trainer/Teacher to teach STEM education fundamentals to school students from Class 1 to 10. The trainer will deliver engaging, hands-on sessions that nurture curiosity, problem-solving, creativity, and innovation in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach STEM concepts through interactive lessons, experiments, and activities.
- Conduct sessions for students from Class 1 to 10 in schools/learning centers.
- Develop creative teaching aids, projects, and demonstrations to simplify complex topics.
- Encourage students to apply STEM knowledge to real-life problem solving.
- Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with school staff and curriculum teams to enhance learning outcomes.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Science/Engineering/Mathematics or related field (B.Tech/B.Ed preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior teaching or training experience with school students is an advantage.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for STEM education and hands-on learning.
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
