Role Overview:
As the Team Lead for Quantity Estimation at Flatworld Solutions, you will be responsible for overseeing the estimation processes for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services. This includes performing detailed quantity takeoffs using industry-standard software, developing cost estimates, and preparing cost comparison reports. You will analyze project specifications and collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and architects to align project requirements and objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for the documentation and reporting of estimation activities, staying updated on market trends, and building relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure the most accurate and efficient project estimations.
Key Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in MEP estimation or a similar role within the construction industry.

Proficiency in estimation software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or specialized MEP estimating tools.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
