Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to promote and generate memberships for our exclusive club. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, be comfortable interacting with customers, and possess the ability to convert leads into memberships through direct marketing, events, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote club memberships through direct marketing and field activities.
- Generate leads through references, events, corporate tie-ups, and promotional campaigns.
- Explain membership plans, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers.
- Conduct follow-ups and convert prospects into active members.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance member satisfaction.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and membership drives.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly membership targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and conversions in the CRM.
- Collect customer feedback and provide market insights to improve marketing strategies.
- Ensure a professional brand image while interacting with customers.
Required Skills

- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
