Position: Business Development Executive (PCD Pharma)

Job Summary
The Business Development Executive (PCD Pharma) will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding franchise/distributor networks, and managing existing client relationships within the PCD Pharma segment. The role requires strong market understanding, negotiation skills, and the ability to achieve defined sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the PCD Pharma sector.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term franchise/distributor partnerships.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients and partners.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely resolution of client queries and issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in PCD Pharma sales or business development.
- Strong knowledge of Pharma Franchise/PCD business model.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle targets and work under pressure.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
