ADITYAA BUILDTECH is looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Civil Engineer to manage and supervise construction projects, site execution, contractor coordination, and quality control activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise day-to-day construction site activities
* Manage RCC, finishing, and structural work execution
* Prepare and verify BOQ, billing, and project reports
* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients
* Ensure quality standards and safety compliance at site
* Monitor project timelines and material management
* Handle labour management and site planning
* Review drawings and execution as per specifications
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution
* Experience in residential/commercial projects
* Knowledge of BOQ, billing, AutoCAD, and project coordination
* Good leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently
Qualifications
* B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
* Minimum 8–15 years of experience preferred
