Job Summary
We are hiring a skilled Hydro Jetter Operator / Technician for industrial cleaning operations involving Condenser Tubes, Heat Exchangers, APH (Air Preheater), Boilers, and Industrial Equipment. The candidate will operate high-pressure hydro jetting systems for maintenance and cleaning work in power plants, refineries, steel plants, cement plants, and other industrial facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate high-pressure hydro jetting equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform cleaning of:
- Condenser tubes
- Heat exchangers
- Air Preheaters (APH)
- Boilers and pipelines
- Industrial tanks and vessels
- Remove scale, ash, sludge, deposits, and blockages from industrial systems
- Set up hoses, nozzles, pumps, and jetting units
- Conduct equipment inspection and preventive maintenance
- Work at industrial shutdowns and maintenance projects
- Coordinate with supervisors and plant maintenance teams
Requirements
- Experience in hydro jetting / industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of condenser, heat exchanger, or APH cleaning operations
- Ability to work in power plants, refineries, or heavy industrial environments
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights/confined spaces
- Understanding of industrial safety standards and PPE usage
- 12th/10th/ITI / Diploma / Technical background preferred
- Valid driving license preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with high-pressure jetting pumps and accessories
- Confined Space Entry certification
- Industrial shutdown maintenance experience
- Knowledge of vacuum systems and mechanical cleaning methods
