Job Role - Full Time Periodontist
Qualification - MDS - Pedo with 2-3+ year experience

Roles & Responsibilities -
1. Core Role: A specialized dentist focused on diagnosing, treating, and preventing gum diseases (periodontitis, gingivitis) and placing dental implants
2.Diagnostic Duties: Examines gum health, measures periodontal pocket depths, evaluates tooth mobility, and interprets 2D/3D digital X-rays (CBCT scans) to assess bone loss
3. Non-Surgical Treatments: Performs and oversees deep cleanings (scaling and root planing), local antimicrobial therapies, and non-invasive tissue maintenance.
- Conducts gum grafting (soft tissue grafts) to repair receding gums.
- Executes bone grafting and guided tissue regeneration to rebuild lost jawbone.
- Surgically places dental implants, performs sinus lifts, and treats peri-implantitis.
- Carries out functional and esthetic crown lengthening (reshaping gum and bone lines).
4.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including dental history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
5.Stay updated with the latest advancements in periodontics through continuous education and professional development.
6.Managing and communicating with other staff members to provide care to patients.
Requirements -
1.MDS Pedo with minimum 2-3+ year experience.
2.State license
3.Strong computer skills and experience with healthcare databases and applications.
4.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to keep detailed records.
5. Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics.
6.Good management skills.
