Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Planning Manager – Civil Engineer to handle project planning, scheduling, coordination, and monitoring of construction activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge in project execution, planning software, and civil construction management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare project schedules, planning reports, and work progress updates.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and management teams.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure work completion as per schedule.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
- Analyze project delays and suggest corrective actions.
- Manage resource planning, manpower allocation, and material tracking.
- Maintain project documentation and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with project standards and quality requirements.
Requirements:
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 6 to 7 Years preferred
- Senior candidates with 15 to 20 Years experience will also be considered
- Strong knowledge in construction planning and project coordination
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera
- Good communication and reporting skills
