About the Role
ABS General Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and technically sound Senior HVAC Engineer to lead and manage HVAC projects at our Jaipur office. The ideal candidate should possess strong practical knowledge of HVAC systems, project execution, site management, and client coordination. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of HVAC projects from planning through commissioning while maintaining quality, safety, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of HVAC projects, including planning, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Lead site execution teams and ensure project activities are completed within the defined timelines.
- Review HVAC drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety compliance.
- Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, material availability, and subcontractor performance.
- Resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with applicable HVAC standards, local regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare project reports, work schedules, and progress updates for management.
- Support estimation, planning, and technical discussions whenever required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- 7–12 years of hands-on experience in HVAC project execution.
- Strong practical knowledge of HVAC systems including:
- Chillers
- VRF/VRV Systems
- AHU & FCU
- Ventilation Systems
- Ducting & Piping
- HVAC Controls and Commissioning
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and technical documents.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD. Knowledge of project management software will be an added advantage.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in commercial, industrial, and institutional HVAC projects.
- Excellent team management and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Sound understanding of safety standards and quality control practices.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
