Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 1-3 years of professional experience in planning, designing, and executing construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and maintaining project timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction site activities.
- Review project drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage material planning, quantity estimation, and billing activities.
- Resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
- Maintain documentation related to project execution and approvals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/Diploma).
- 3 years of relevant experience in construction/project execution.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
- Strong understanding of site supervision and project coordination.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential/commercial/industrial projects.
- Familiarity with estimation and billing processes.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance standards.
