Jr.Attorney Commercial Litigation
Budget: ₹20,000-30,000 per month (based on experience)

Experience: 1 to 3 years (Post-Qualification)
Excluding Internship experience.
Key Responsibilities
● Draft suits, claims, responses, and petitions across various commercial matters.
● Appear before Commercial Courts, High Courts, and Arbitral Tribunals.
● Handle arbitration proceedings and IPR enforcement litigation.
● Brief Senior Counsel and coordinate on case strategy.
● Maintain case timelines and ensure smooth coordination on assigned matters.
Requirements:
● Knowledge of the Commercial Courts Act, Arbitration Act, IBC, CPC, Contract Act, and IPR Laws
● Excellent drafting and advocacy skills
● Ability to handle litigation matters with associate team members
● LLB with 1-3 years of post-qualification litigation experience
● Willingness to work full-time from our Fort office
