We are looking for a motivated Associate SEO for internship to join our team. In this role, you will work on improving the online visibility of local businesses in the US (starting with solar companies) by supporting and executing SEO strategies that drive sustainable growth.
Day to Day Responsibilities -
As an Associate SEO, your responsibilities will include:
On-Page SEO

Optimize website content, title tags, and meta descriptions

Improve internal linking and URL structures

Optimize header tags (H1, H2, etc.)

Perform image optimization and other on-page SEO activities
Off-Page SEO
-
Support backlink-building initiatives
-
Assist with guest blogging and outreach

Work on directory submissions and brand mentions

Help strengthen social media signals
Local SEO

Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles

Build and maintain local citations
-
Monitor and support reviews and ratings
Monitoring & Reporting

Track SEO performance using relevant tools

Assist in preparing performance reports and identifying optimization opportunities
What we are looking for -
- Experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related field

Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and best practices

Up-to-date knowledge of link-building strategies and ethical SEO practices

Experience with Google Search Console and tools like Conductor

Exposure to SEO tools such as Ahrefs, BrightEdge, Moz, SEMrush, Conductor, or similar is a plus

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
