Position: VP – Category (Media )
Location : Delhi
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Client: Personal care D2C brand
- Own and define the overall media and marketing strategy
- Align media planning with brand, product, and revenue goals
- Drive full-funnel marketing (awareness consideration conversion retention)
- Scale digital media across Meta, Google, YouTube, marketplaces, and emerging channels
- Balance performance ROI with long-term brand equity
- Optimize CAC, ROAS, LTV, and contribution margins
- Collaborate closely with creative and brand teams
- Ensure strong creative-media fit
- Drive campaign storytelling with performance accountability
- Lead and mentor internal media and performance teams
- Manage agencies and external partners
- Set KPIs and build scalable processes
- Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns
- Establish reporting frameworks and forecasting models
- Work closely with finance for budget planning and efficiency tracking
- 4+ years in marketing/media leadership roles
- Strong foundation in core marketing principles
- Proven track record of scaling media budgets and revenue
- Experience working directly with founders or CXOs
- Ability to think strategically and execute operationally
- Experience in D2C or high-growth consumer brands preferred
