About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior HR Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations, with a focus on attendance management, employee engagement initiatives, fun activities, and event coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and creating a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily employee attendance and maintain accurate attendance records.
- Coordinate with employees and managers to resolve attendance-related queries.
- Assist in preparing attendance and leave reports for payroll processing.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
- Organize fun activities, celebrations, festivals, birthday events, and team-building programs.
- Coordinate and manage internal events, meetings, and employee recognition programs.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist with general HR administrative tasks and ensure timely communication with employees.
- Work closely with the HR team to implement employee welfare and engagement programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or HR operations.
- Basic understanding of attendance and leave management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude, creativity, and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹9,132.86 - ₹15,000.00 per month
