We are looking for a smart, customer-focused, and enthusiastic Jewellery Showroom Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves assisting customers in selecting jewellery, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving showroom sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a premium shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewellery.
- Explain jewellery features, purity, weight, pricing, certification, making charges, and ongoing offers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom growth.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment transactions accurately.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards.
- Assist in stock management, inventory checks, and jewellery handling.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Stay updated with the latest jewellery collections, designs, and market trends.
- Follow all showroom security policies and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- 1–3 years of experience in jewellery showroom or luxury retail sales preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Well-groomed, confident, and professional personality.
- Basic computer and billing/POS knowledge.
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays as per showroom schedule.
