· Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately;
· Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival;
· Maintains telecommunications system;
· Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls;
· Receiving and sorting daily mail;
· Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures);
· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email;
· Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock;
· Keep updated records of office Inward and Outward register;
· Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs;
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
