About the Role
We're looking for a confident and target-driven Telecaller to join our sales team. You'll be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, pitching our products/services, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads/database
- Explain product/service features and pricing clearly
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in CRM
- Follow up with warm leads to close sales
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, tele-sales, or BPO
- Good communication skills in [Hindi/English/Telugu — specify]
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM/Excel)
- Any Graduate
